These terms cover your use of this website. If you become a client, our services are also governed by the separate agreements and policies we provide at intake.

No provider–client relationship
Browsing this website, reading its content, or sending a message through the contact form does not create a dietitian–client relationship. That relationship begins only after we've confirmed we can work together, completed intake, and scheduled services.
Services and licensure
We currently provide nutrition services primarily through telehealth (virtual sessions). We can only provide individualized services to people located in states where our dietitian is licensed or otherwise authorized to practice. Availability may change as licensure changes. If you contact us from a state we don't currently serve, we'll let you know.
Details about scheduling, fees, payment, cancellations, and insurance are provided directly to clients before services begin and are not set by these website terms.
Using this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the contact form
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising
- Try to interfere with the site's operation or security, or access it by automated means in a way that overloads it
